Cancellation Policy

Welcome Thank you for choosing us to be part of your wedding journey. Our consultation appointments are designed to provide personalized guidance and a relaxed, enjoyable experience while helping you find your perfect wedding dress. Appointment Scheduling Consultations are available by appointment only. Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or via email. We recommend scheduling your consultation at least 9–12 months before your wedding date to allow sufficient time for ordering and alterations. Appointment Duration Standard bridal consultations last approximately 60 minutes. Guest Policy Brides may bring up to 2 guests to their appointment. We encourage bringing only trusted family members or friends whose opinions are most valuable to your decision-making process. Additional guests may require prior approval due to showroom capacity. Arrival and Late Policy Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened appointment or require rescheduling. If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation and Rescheduling We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Dress Handling To protect our gowns, food and beverages are not permitted in the fitting area. Please avoid wearing heavy makeup, self-tanner, strong fragrances, or products that may transfer onto gowns. Bridal consultants will assist with gown fitting whenever possible. Photography and Social Media Photos and videos are welcome unless otherwise advised. Some designer collections may have photography restrictions. By attending the appointment, you consent to being photographed for fitting and measurement purposes when necessary. Alterations Alterations are not included in the gown purchase price unless specifically stated. Separate alteration appointments and fees may apply. Final fit is the bride's responsibility through scheduled alteration appointments. Refund and Exchange Policy Due to the custom and special-order nature of bridal gowns, all sales are final. Deposits, payments, and special orders are non-refundable and non-transferable. Exchanges may be considered only in exceptional circumstances at management's discretion. Health and Safety Clients who are unwell may be asked to reschedule their appointment. Agreement By booking a consultation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Wedding Dress Consultation Policy.
